Buying from this shop means you agree to the following.

• Individuals under 18 may only purchase SFW avatars. Customers 18+ may purchase any avatar.
• All sales are final. No refunds once the avatar has been purchased and delivered.
• If you are banned from the Discord server or the store, you are not permitted to purchase any products.
• You must give accurate information at checkout. Failing to do so may result in download access being revoked and the account blocked from future purchases. Entered something wrong by accident? Open a ticket in the Discord.
• Purchased avatars are licensed to the buyer for personal or commercial use only.
• Do not share, distribute, leak, resell, gift, trade or otherwise pass the files to anyone else.
• Download links, project files and avatar packages are for one user.
• Public uploads are strictly prohibited. Avatars must stay private.
• Do not extract, reuse, redistribute or claim ownership of any assets included with an avatar.
• Avatars and their contents are protected by copyright. Violations may result in loss of access, bans, DMCA takedowns or legal action.
• You can always edit the avatars — just do not make them unrecognisable.
